Specialized and Dignified Healthcare Support
For participants whose daily living needs are complex and medically involved, El Rapha Cares offers High-Intensity Personal Activities. Our skilled support workers and nurses provide one-to-one care, ensuring safety and dignity while addressing complex health requirements. We help with daily routines and specialised medical tasks so that you or your loved one can live comfortably at home.
What we support
Complex Care
Assistance with feeding tubes, percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) management, tracheostomy care, catheter and bowel care, and administering medications.
Health Monitoring
Recording vital signs, monitoring changes in health, managing wounds, supporting seizure response, and providing health reports to clinicians.
Daily Living
Supporting mobility and transfers, personal hygiene, meal assistance, and overnight care when required.
