Who are we?
El Rapha Cares is a nurse-led, person-centred care provider supporting people through NDIS supports, DVA Community Nursing, private community nursing, and personalised home care for older adults. We are built on over 15 years of nursing and community care experience across diverse roles, including international experience.
We are committed to delivering care that creates more than outcomes on paper — we focus on valued results that matter in everyday life, through the blend of clinical expertise, compassionate staff, and responsive service.
