El Rapha Cares is not a registered NDIS provider. We deliver supports to self-managed and plan-managed participants, and we are bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct, which applies to registered and unregistered providers alike. We also deliver community nursing under Department of Veterans' Affairs program requirements. Eligibility and funding remain the responsibility of the relevant scheme or department.
We aim to keep information accurate, but service descriptions, images, and contact details may change. If something is unclear, contact our team before making a decision about care.
